"Hopefully, the Nakertransgi Agency can innovate in organizing creative programs so that the community has the opportunity to create new jobs," he explained.
According to him, they must also be able to create human resources (HR) who are specialists in various fields.
"These job seekers need to have very specific skills, not only domestically but also internationally," he explained.

His party also provided training according to the industrial needs map in each region.
For North Jakarta, the training provided was more related to warehousing, etc. As for the training provided in Central Jakarta and South Jakarta was like offices and hotels.
"There is language training, office administration, content creators, and culinary arts. To run this training, we prepared a budget of up to Rp 100 billion," he explained.
According to him, the agency has also worked with many companies to channel prospective workers who have received training.
He hoped that these various efforts could reduce unemployment rates and help solve poverty problems.
